Bistro 17

Bistro 17 is a French-American bistro. There are very few restaurants where guests can dock a boat just outside the restaurant but this is one. Bistro 17 is set right on a local boatyard, so diners are free to come by either boat or car. Most diners like to sit out on the patio outside and watch the boats make their way in and out of the harbor. Bistro 17's menu features both American and French specialties.

Starters include French onion soup, escargot en croute, mussels marinara and a crab cake topped with a dijon mustard sauce. Specialty entrées that are available include delicious items like the wild Alaskan sockeye salmon with peppered mustard, mixed greens, pine nuts, dried cranberries, red onions and gorgonzola as well as the grilled jumbo shrimp served with roasted bell pepper, asparagus, pommes puree and a corn bechamel sauce.
