Fiesta Fresh

Hector Mendoza, a restaurateur from Santa Monica California, relocated and opened Fiesta Fresh Mexican Grill with Andres Diaz in 2000.  Building the restaurant’s reputation and customer base, they later opened two more locations; Hilton Head ‘North End’ in 2004 and Bluffton in 2009.

We are proud to have many loyal customers, both locals and vacationers alike! That tells us everyone who dines with us enjoys our food and customer service, both of which we take great pride in.

For us the formula is straight forward; fresh food cooked and prepared daily, using high quality ingredients, served with fast, friendly service,
in a clean and fast-casual atmosphere.

Then there are the little things, like the fact we do not use lard or MSG’s in the preparation of our food.  Fresh salsa is made daily and our guacamole is made from scratch two to three times per day.   And we can provide all this at a fair price.
