The Sage Room provides two types of unique dining. Unlike most restaurants, our kitchen is located in the middle of the dining room for all to see. We invite guests to dine at our intimate chef's table, or at one of the many tables just steps away from the open kitchen. Our eclectic menu features American fare appetizers, entrees including Champagne Scallops, Rosemary Shrimp, Filet Mignon, along with a full bar and an extensive wine list.
