Mingles was established in 1983 as a small family owned and operated gift & clothing shop. Owner and local resident, Sandy, can be seen helping customers and working the sales floor to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. Sandy graduated in 1983 from the University of South Carolina with a degree in fashion & business. Stop by or browse online. Home Accents include designer plates, cutting boards, tapestries, wall art by local artists including Bolton Smith, throw pillows,  photo frames (which my even say Hilton Head island!).

Hand Crafted Items including ornaments such as Low Country Angels by Lee French, hand painted oyster shell ornaments by Julie Jones  & Mara Beskin. Mara Beskin uses Raku, a method of firing pottery which originated in Japan hundred of years ago. This process creates an unpredictable metallic luster and crackled works of art, usually designed and inspired by lowcountry wild life.
